“Do you take a multivitamin?” I get this question all the time. The answer is both yes, and no.

Here’s the problem: I’ve tried over and over and over again, and I just can’t do it. I can’t hack the flavor or the texture of organ meats! I even tried cutting raw liver into tiny bits, freezing them and swallowing them like tablets. Which worked, but was VERY messy & time consuming.
I know, I know…I’m a big girl and big girls should put on their big girl pants and do things they don’t like to do. I’ll keep trying, but until then I’ve found a solution!
