In this episode, I talk with Jim Shelby a 42 year old project manager, former Marine, and member of the National Guard. He discusses how he never really considered that the foods he was eating made any difference in his health, that he thought of it as merely an energy source. That is, at least, until he completed a program in which he removed all processed foods, grains, dairy, most sugars, and focused on high quality meats, fats, and vegetables and had life-changing results.
